Players are continuing to enjoy our rugby provision so ensure you know what's going on at the club during this period.

For the latest player guidance on our return to play please click on the menu tab, choose "Information" then click on "Documents" - Return to Rugby Stage E.

It has been great to see players attend touch rugby sessions in recent months. Almost 175 different players have attended men's training nights on Monday, Thursday and mixed touch on a Saturday. Amazing to see members going the extra mile to stay in touch with the game and put a smile on their faces. It has been essential to help everyone get through difficult times.

Below is our upcoming schedule for the next few weeks :

28-Dec Monday Mixed Touch (1300)
2-Jan Saturday Mixed Touch (1300)
4-Jan Monday Split Session - Contact/Touch Club
7-Jan Thursday Split Session - Contact/Touch Club
9-Jan Saturday Mixed Touch (1300)

As per the Return to Play document we intend to push towards contact rugby in the New Year. Whilst we are still waiting info on fixtures for our 2/3/4's we do now that the 1's are due to play competitive fixtures shortly.

We will be putting out some info shortly to enable players to opt to move into contact rugby. For those players that choose not to expose themselves to this increased level of risk we are hopeful to run touch based rugby sessions.

Work continues behind the scenes to ensure that the clubhouse is ready for our return with decorating to be completed, changing rooms to be prepared for social distancing and grounds maintained for fixtures to commence. An incredible amount of work is ongoing so if you want to help out please get in touch with Graham Ward.

I wish you all a safe and Merry Xmas and hope to see some of you on Monday 28th at 1300 for some mixed touch rugby.
