Below are the outline timings for the festival tomorrow (Sunday 23rd April) at Alnwick rugby club (Greensfield Ave, Alnwick NE66 1BE).

9.45-10.00 Coaches to register teams and collect snack packs and medals from the clubhouse

10.00-10.10 Coaches briefing at the main stand

10.30 Matches to start

13.30 ish Festival concludes. No formal medal ceremony, team coaches to distribute medals
I suggest that we aim to meet at 10am to organise squads and kit etc. Brings some layers for waiting between matches
