Firstly I would personally like to thank you all for making it to all 4 sessions whilst Mags has been away as it has made them all very enjoyable!! I will see you all again in about 3/4 weeks depending on how fed up I get with my family so keep up these levels of fitness gents!!
These last two sessions saw more set piece moves and structured open play to get us back up to the standard we are used to.....Again the usual suspects ran their respective teams and you guys are looking sharper each session! It was great to see new faces this week and you inviting them into the fold so well, that is what I love about this club so much!
We concentrated on touch and fitness a lot as well this last week to exhaust the brain so we can make decisions whilst tired, after feedback during the last session instead of 20 mins of fitness at the end we blasted it for 10 mins and then went back into a touch game for 10 mins to see how we all performed, it seems to be getting much better! The 3s and 4s wanted to do some more structured open play moves so Thommo and Will took around 20 lads to go through this for the up and coming season which was great to see!
A massive thanks again for support from Andy and Coops and you all for wanting to learn and get fitter, made my job a lot easier!
