Be sure to head on down to training this week as the senior men get nearer to their first competitive outing of pre season - Bishop Auckland 10's on the 3rd of August.

Numbers have been great with players from all three of our sides in attendance marshalled by Michael Searle and Rob Ogilvie. Plenty of smiles on faces as they boys get miles in their legs via small sided games.

This week we will head into contact skills, conditioned games and some positional skills.

So if you are new to rugby, a seasoned campaigner for the 2/3's or wanting to push for first team rugby get down at 1845 for a 1900 start on Tuesday and Thursday.
